Our main project delivery model is based on the Agile (Scrum) methodology. Thus, take advantage of lean and flexible Scrum teams that work on a product within small iterations (sprints), in which meaningful functional releases that can be tested are produced. Scrum provides for a much faster release cycle with the better quality control and flexibility that cannot be attained with traditional waterfall or iterative methodologies. At the same time, we also utilize iterative project development methodology for smaller-scale projects where it makes more sense. Under such model, we design and develop software based on initially formulated functional and technical specifications and deliver the complete application at the end of development and testing cycle. In general, we align our approach based on our customers’ project management model and requirements.
We employ a variety of pricing models for our services: fixed cost, time and material, mixed or their combination depending on project’s nature. For time and material projects, our customers get full transparent access to our reporting tools with visibility into the actual work performed and time spent on their project’s tasks compared to that estimated. We work both on the blended hourly rate basis as well as a differentiated hourly rate basis depending on complexity of work delivered or technical skills required.
Our overhead in the project delivery organization is lean and optimal. For markets where we operate, we either provide services of a locally-based Engagement & Project Managers with a remote delivery team or could set-up a fully remote team managed by a Project Manager who is located in our delivery center. The model we choose depends on the project size, our customer’s experience and comfort level of working with remote software development projects, and our short-term capacity levels. In any case, we streamline project communications, keep customers well-informed and respond to queries and issues quickly. Such flexibility, in part, is made possible through our global footprint – our teams operate in a number of time zones (In the US: PST, EST; in Germany: CET; Eastern Europe: GMT -2) and we support our customers around the clock through our 24×7 service center.

We employ very talented and experienced software engineering, marketing and design professionals with a variety of skills to match our project needs. With our expertise in the core stack of web technologies, including HTML5/CSS3/JScript, as well as programming languages, frameworks and platforms, we craft elegant and scalable solutions. Paired with our creative design, UX/UI abilities and deep knowledge of ecommerce, such foundation provides for truly outstanding results for our customers and a success of our operations. The geographical location for our delivery center provides opportunities for cost leverage, and we do pass these cost savings to our customers.
