Marc O’Polo approached PulsarFour and Valtech to deliver a new ecommerce solution to support the international expansion strategy. Based on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform (formerly Demandware), the solution had to stand out in a highly competitive premium fashion ecommerce segment, it had to deliver on the multi-channel expectations of the consumers, as well as consistent user experience.
PulsarFour together with Valtech implemented ecommerce solution based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) platform delivering a modern user experience that is focused on the customer, regardless of the channel used. Full project relaunch was split into three major phases spanning across 24 months:
New ecommerce solution was tightly integrated with clients’ other core technologies (10+ integrations), it is SEO-friendly, fully responsive, storefront offers multiple customer-friendly features such as shop by look, search suggestions, product bundles, real-time in-store availability and numerous others. After the initial store was developed, new platform offered a unique way to perform fast country roll outs. In just several months after the initial launch, seven country roll outs were delivered.
